TV to Projector drawing

Here is a paint digital drawing of a setup, You have your cable coord from the wall, Attached to a coaxial to firewire converter then a laptop hooked up to a projector via VGA to hdmi cable.

    pretty certain your laptop doesn't have a firewire input. Perhaps you need a PMCIA tv tuner card.
